We are having our accredited /Affiliated NSDC functional Training Centers with name of “Sahayta Academy for Skills” at Palampur for Job Role “Unarmed Security Guard” we have been providing training according to NOS (National Occupational Standard)&PSARA(Private Security Regulatory Act-2005-2011) For last five years we have been imparting training to unemployed youths under PMKVY . We had conducted numerous “KAUSHAL VIKASH SIVIR” & “ROZGAR MELA” in different parts of the state. Being in security sector for a long time and also a certified training partner of NSDC under PMKVY, we have an excellent network throughout the state even remote area of Himachal Pradesh. we have trained unemployed youth from the rural area of the State and get them placed in our company as well as in other Companies.
In the Himachal Pradesh our Guard force will also be trained by Police Training Centre Droh, Palampur, and this training is Mandatory requirement of PSAR Act-2011 (Himachal Pradesh.)and in the Punjab State we have signed MOU to provide Training for our Guards with NISG Mohali, a institute certified by Controlling authority of Punjab.
Our guard force undergoes training for the latest techniques and trends of this industry at regular intervals; they are well Trained brigade that is totally complacent with the latest security norms to handle any adverse challenge(s);
we keep updating ourselves regularly. We have in-built system of providing senior supervisory staff to not only monitor and have vigil check, but demonstrate the efficient performance of our guards which guarantees their obedience and trustworthiness that the management entrusts upon them.
